For SaaS and subscription-based products, continued access requires active billing.
AiPSoft supports integration with various third-party hardware, including barcode scanners, specialized POS devices, and thermal receipt printers. While we provide technical setup and remote configuration, AiPSoft is not liable for manufacturing defects, physical damages, or warranty claims related to third-party hardware.

Routine updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements are included for clients with an active SaaS subscription or active maintenance contract.
In no event shall AiPSoft, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
